James Bay’s Sport Relief song helped raised £56, 984,007

James Bay’s single ‘Running’ contributed to the sports relief cause and helped raised in total £56,984,007.

The song which was the official Sport Relief song for 2016 was recorded by the Brit-Award winner live at Abbey Road studios.  James created a new version of the track, which was originally from his Chaos and the Calm album.

The charity said it can’t thank everyone enough for their generosity and that the money will help to change countless lives forever.
