Mark Ronson and Nas patrons of Amy Winehouse Foundation


Mark Ronson and US rapper Nas have been named as patrons of the Amy Winehouse Foundation; a charity which supports disadvantaged teenagers through music

A host of guests attended the forth annual Amy Winehouse Foundation Gala at the Savoy Hotel in London, last Thursday (15 October 2015) to help rasie money for the charity and its projects.

Other artists from the music business including Ella Henderson, Jess Glynne, Foxes, Ella Henderson, Jess Glynne, Jermaine Jackman and  presenter Vanessa Feltz will become ambassadors, while Amy’s producer Salaam Remi is also set to become a patron.

Ronson worked on the late singer’s ‘Back To Black’ album while in 2012 Nas released his song ‘Cherry Wine’, which featured posthumous vocals from Winehouse off his album ‘Life is Good’.

The Amy Winehouse Foundation launched in September 2011 after the singer passed away.
